Global
Pursuit

Spanning two continents, Australia & the United States of America, the experienced DesignStone team specialise in the building materials, building & construction industries on a global scale.

DesignStone LLC, a global building materials & construction methods parent company operating in Texas with interests across North America & Australia. Originally spearheaded by DesignStone Pty Ltd out of Australia, DesignStone LLC was established as the parent company to lead the company`s product globalization initiative to build stronger, safer, more affordable resilient residential, commercial & tourism projects by way of DesignStone`s patented building systems. Commencing in Texas, USA, the company has established comprehensive operational partnerships & several new flagship projects.

DesignStone`s building technology; Modular Precast Steel Form (MPSF) is architecturally beautiful, will withstand hurricanes, resist flooding, will not burn, is affordable & fast to erect. The concept originally developed in Australia in the 1960`s has continued to be successfully utilized for generations to follow. MPSF buildings are constructed in a manner like traditional framed buildings (enabling quick adoption) yet have the same integrity as a full concrete system. DesignStone solves the urgent need for affordable, yet beautiful disaster-resilient communities on a global scale. DesignStone`s differentiation tactically exists between the customers two broad choices when deciding what type of wall system to use.

Competing “Concrete Systems” match DesignStone`s performance in extreme conditions but are largely unaffordable, challenging to construct & lacking in design flexibility. Competing “Traditional Systems" match the aesthetic ability of DesignStone but do not perform well in extreme conditions. The DesignStone system is more resilient than non-concrete systems & offers better design flexibility, aesthetics & construct-ability than other concrete systems.

DesignStone has expanded its core-offering to concrete cladding rain screen products which can be incorporated into most building systems. Additionally, DesignStone continues to forge commercial relationships with the nations best professionals allowing us to offer design and construct options via these affiliate partnerships.
